The gastronomic offer proposed by the Chef allows you to taste typical Italian cuisine, but especially the cuisine of Tuscany and Elba.
Our services included in the Full Board package include:
Breakfast: served from 8 to 10am, it consists in a buffet of sweet and savory dishes and a selection of hot meals.
We pay particular attention to a breakfast based on fresh, natural ingredients like fresh fruit and home-baked cookies and cakes.
We also serve a selection of cereals, lunch meats, cheeses, yogurt and sweet rolls. During July and August, one of our cooks will prepare, at your request, scrambled, fried and soft-boiled eggs.
For those who are gluten intolerant, we have an assortment of melba toast, sweet rolls, bread and cookies.
Lunch: served from 12:30 to 2:00 pm.
From June 12th to September 11th, our chef Giuliano prepares a rich buffet, with more than 15 different dishes each day, beverages included (water, wine, beer, a variety of soft drinks).
Dinner: served from 7:30 to 9:00 pm.
A seated dinner is served which includes a choice of three courses and a buffet of salads, vegetables and desserts.
From June 12th to September 11th, each week we serve a typical Tuscan meal and a typical Elban meal (each with 5 courses).
Our chef and the kitchen staff is at your service for the preparation of meals for infants and children (for example, vegetable soup and meat prepared salt-free, pureed vegetables with pastina) and, at your request, dishes for vegetarians or those with food intolerances.
If you would like to dine on one of the Island's beautiful beaches, the Hotel Brigantino restaurant will be happy to prepare you a delicious picnic basket for the beach.
Every day, our Half Board guests can also choose to dine at the Hotel La Primula*** in Marciana Marina, at no additional charge.
